Paid plans are never capped. Usage beyond what your plan includes is billed on top, at the same rates on every plan. You get usage alerts, a live bill projection and an optional spending limit. Spark is free, so it stops at its limits instead.

Peak connections are measured at the 95th percentile of hourly peaks, so a few hours of spikes don't set your month's bill.
